Experience: Sam spent his early career as a Human Resource Generalist in a manufacturing environment. Experiences in hiring, staffing, and training on the management side gave Sam a unique perspective on these challenges. Therefore, Sam spent a lot of time working with staffing agencies and recruiters.
Then as a Plant Manager and General Manager Sam’s responsibilities included all aspects of running the operations. There is nothing like P&L responsibility to give a true appreciation of how to cost effectively bring someone in from the streets and get them up and running on the production line or in the office. Later as a VP for the division, with staff responsibilities of several factories across the country, Sam learned it takes precise planning and superior execution to make good things happen.
