During my 27 years of working for telecom organizations (from start-ups to NYSE-traded corporations that helped to conceive and build the internet), I learned a lot about technology and sales management.
I also learned that the biggest key to success in any industry, company or department is great people.
That is why I love being a PrideStaff Strategic-Partner and a Certified Staffing Professional. Since opening the Dallas Metro office in 2010, I've had the extremely rewarding job of connecting hard-working people with meaningful employment.
Outside the office, I have served on the elder board of my local church, where I have dealt with my share of sinners (and a few saints), chaired the fundraising committee, and served as an inaugural member of the governance board.
I couldn't ask for a better way to spend my days, or a better place in which to live and work. The Dallas market's culture is very supportive of businesses, and the people are dynamic and upbeat. Staffing can be a demanding business, so it helps to be in an environment where small business owners are valued for their contributions to the community and the economy.
