John: For more than 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry. Whether I was leading sales or marketing departments or serving as the general manager for large casino resorts, I focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Working with diverse employee groups, I have learned the importance of providing a positive, fun work environment and matching the right person to the right job. I have run large, multi-faceted businesses and I understand the challenges facing business owners/managers as they navigate their business through internal and external challenges.
Kara: I have always worked in service-based businesses, including staffing, commercial real estate, marketing communications and retail. I have been successful in business development and enjoy building relationships based on mutual respect with both customers and co-workers alike. I believe in over delivering rather than over promising and in providing customized, practical solutions rather than bringing bells and whistles in to impress. I truly enjoy people and serving others, and I strive for the utmost integrity in all areas of my life: faith, family, community and our PrideStaff business.
