Meeting face to face with each candidate and client ensures that we capture information that will provide a successful placement. This information includes accurate job descriptions and performance expectations. We follow up with specific requirements that make sure our clients and candidates are a match, including: testing (specific skills to be assessed), background checks, drug tests, education, compensation guidelines, expectations for raises and promotion potential, and requirements to achieve those goals.
