Job Description

Part Sales/ Customer Service- Hollywood

This position is an inside parts sales and customer service for the parts department.

Essential Job Functions
•Receive inbound calls for industrial equipment parts inquiries.
•Prepare parts quotes and invoice sales from internal (technicians) and external customers.
•Perform parts research duties through web-based, adobe programs as well as hard copy manuals.
•Support clients from all over the world.
•Communicate with vendors and suppliers via email / computer, phone, and fax for assistance.
•Assist in customer resolution for invoice issues, credits, and past due receivables.
•Contact suppliers to make parts purchases and arrange for shipment or will call, for all locations.
•Responsible for daily emergency orders to various suppliers.
•Other projects as assigned.

Requirements
*Must be well skilled in computer researching for parts
•Must be high school graduate, some college course work a plus.
•Data entry -- must be accurate.
•Good phone and customer service skills
•Mechanical aptitude desired.
•Ability to develop a rapport and understanding at all levels to get problems solved and needs met.
•Excellent time management and communication skills.
•Prior experience in a call center environment is helpful as is Industrial and/or automotive parts experience.
•Bi-lingual - is a plus, but not required
