Bilingual Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to work for a tiling company in Norcross! 

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders promptly and keep accurate records of all transactions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Respond to inquiries by phones, fax, and email
  • Manage freight costs and direct incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Follow up on customer orders to make sure material is delivered as promised
  • Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Must speak both Spanish and English fluently
  • Outgoing and friendly with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability as a resourceful problem solver
  • Must be self directed, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Requires at least 1 - 3 years experience with tile and customer service
