Rate of Pay: $13/hr to start plus BONUS opportunities - $14/hr with perfect attendance
Hours: Day Shift Training, then will move to Afternoon/Evening schedules once trained
Job responsibilities may include:
- Support office with administrative responsibilities
- Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Assisting Customers with Online Orders
- Taking Payments
- Special Projects as Designated
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Billing, Collections, Telemarketing
- 2+ years customer service call center experience NEEDED
- Possess a high standard of service in both telephone and email support
- MUST be proficient in MS Office
