Production Associate: No Experience Necessary

This person is a member of one of three or four 13-14-person crews that operate the production Line.  You will work with your shift to safely produce high quality products in a fast pace continuous operation environment


The employee should hold the following skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated desire to impact safety
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team atmosphere with minimal direct supervision
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Has a very high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated the ability to multi-task
  • General math skills
  • Able to effectively communicate in English


The employee should have the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus


  • Day: 6:45am to 3:00pm
  • Swing: 2:45 to 11:00pm
  • Grave: 10:45 to 7:00am


  • Day: $16.14/hr
  • Swing: $16.54/hr
  • Grave: $16.79/hr

Shift schedule is Sunday-Friday on 8 hour Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts (40 hour workweeks) or Sunday-Saturday on rotating 12 hours shifts (36 and 48 hour workweeks).

It is a requirement to be a U.S. citizen OR have valid proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Must complete and pass a pre-employment background check, hair drug screen, and confidential medical review.
