Job Description

The Office Manager is  the one people come to when there is a problem, big or small. It requires a range of skills and a “I can fix it” attitude. The office manager is a great all-rounder and an expert multi-tasker. At times the role is demanding however if you love helping others and working with animals it is extremely rewarding. The office manager is responsible for creating a productive, energetic atmosphere for everyone.

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis including supplies, maintenance, equipment, systems and culture
  • Manage vendors, service providers and management company relationships
  • Work with HR to support on-boarding of new team members to ensure they are welcomed and have everything they need
  • Manage office operations and procedures and update as needed
  • Manage front desk team members and work product
  • Manage office policies including safety, dress code,etc
  • Work with other departments to support initiatives and events

Qualification, Basic Job Requirements, Education, Training, and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Office Manager experience is required. A minimum 2 to 4 years. 
  • One to three years’ experience in hospitality and/or customer service
