The Office Manager is the one people come to when there is a problem, big or small. It requires a range of skills and a “I can fix it” attitude. The office manager is a great all-rounder and an expert multi-tasker. At times the role is demanding however if you love helping others and working with animals it is extremely rewarding. The office manager is responsible for creating a productive, energetic atmosphere for everyone.
Ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis including supplies, maintenance, equipment, systems and culture
Manage vendors, service providers and management company relationships
Work with HR to support on-boarding of new team members to ensure they are welcomed and have everything they need
Manage office operations and procedures and update as needed
Manage front desk team members and work product
Manage office policies including safety, dress code,etc
Work with other departments to support initiatives and events
Qualification, Basic Job Requirements, Education, Training, and Experience Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma
Office Manager experience is required. A minimum 2 to 4 years.
One to three years’ experience in hospitality and/or customer service
