 Staffing and Recruiting 

Training provided for the individual that has little sales experience but a passion to succeed in sales.

$25k-$30k base/ plus uncapped commissions & bonus

$45-$50k first year


Must have discipline to work a proven process and have a desire to exceed expectations. Work from an already established Lead and Target list that will expedite your commissions! 

Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Leader to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.  You will have a business plan to execute to and weekly metrics and goals and be part of a fast pace team that is committed to excellence.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.  You will work directly for the owners who have over 40 years of global business development experience.


  • Promote the company’s  staffing and recruiting services
  • Outside sales calls and Inside sales calls to secure appointments
  • Collaboratively develop a plan to build a robust sales funnel
  • Track activity and results
  • Research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Schedule business meetings with current and prospective clients
  • Prepare and present sales agreements 
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 
  • Network to identify business opportunities.


  • sales experience or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,CRM software (e.g. Bullhorn) a plus ( not required)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
