Store Support- Customer Service
Our Las Colinas client is a leader in jewelry retail sales! They are looking for candidates to support their holiday season!! This role will be providing support directly to the retail staff. You will respond to calls and emails directly from the retail stores, and will provide procedural steps to resolve a variety of issues.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing up to 36 different systems daily to assist the stores. (mostly looking up data for stores)
- While this team is non-technical, candidates have to be able to determine if it procedural issue or technical and who to escalate the issue to if it is not procedural.
- Knowledge of the retail operations a plus.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale a plus.
- Must be proficient at walking people through step by step procedures on the phone. Over the phone trainer would be ideal!!
- Entry of loss prevention incidents for stores.
- Repair Code changes for Canadian stores and jewelers.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Mulit tasker
- Team Player
- Word and Outlook- Excel a plus
- Call center experience is required! Technical support is a huge plus
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
This is a temporary assignment starting ASAP and estimated to last through February!! This is a great opportunity to gain corporate experience!
Hours: Need open schedule availability 9:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday, and 9:30 am to 7:30 pm on Sundays. Schedules to be determined later.
