Job Description

We estimate it to last about 4-6 weeks.  $9/hr will be the rate.  We need full time temps.  

It’s going to be a lot of administrative work.  Administrative experience would be a plus

  • Proficient in excel
  • looking up contracts
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated – little direction needed after training
  • Reliable with NO attendance issues is a must
  • Organizing contracts by date and utility
  • Flexible with scheduling.   Ultimately I would like to hire to fill a 9-6 shift with Saturdays open
  • Filing abilities
  • Able to navigate through folders on the computer
  • Work well with others
  • Able to take direction
