This is a growing family owned business in the Cheswick area. The hours of the shift are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch. This is an immediate Temporary to Hire position that pays $12 per hour.
Typical duties include:
- Greet/Announce incoming visitors to appropriate parties
- Answer Phones/Route incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Prepare meeting materials
- Order Office Supplies
- Misc. tasks as needed
- Recent Administrative Experience in a Professional Office Setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Organized Self Starter
- Ability to support all levels of staff and handle tasks in a timely manner
- Professional Demeanor and Appearance
