Customer Service Representative- Call Center

PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients. This position will require excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will be reliable and outgoing, and will have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities may include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
  • Providing customers with product and service information and resolving customer concerns and complaints
  • Entering customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Completing call log and producing call reports
  • Providing follow up customer calls when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong data entry skills / typing and computer 
  • Able to provide 2 professional references
