Contract Administrator wanted for a busy office in Huntington Beach, CA

Nov. 20th Start

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $17-$20, DOE to start

Primary Job Duties:
• General Contract and Subcontract Administration
• Process Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Change Orders, Options, Etc.
• Check Contract and Option Pricing against Bids 
• Input contracts, change orders and budgets into accounting software
• Maintain Option Logs, Material Po's and Material Invoice Entry
• Assist Project Managers, Superintendents, General Manager
• Maintain billing schedule to ensure timely submittals
• Knowledge of General Contractor Monthly Progress Billing, Preliminary Notices and Releases
• Bill Contracts, Options and Extras
• Collect on any Accounts that have Past Due Invoices 
• Collect any Purchase Orders needed for invoice submittal
