A fast growing, family owned medical supplies company with GREAT benefits is looking for a

Customer Service & Special Project Support

 Location: Newbury Park

 

Salary: $15.00/hr

 

You will report directly to the CEO.

In this dual role, you will spend 2-4 hours/day on the phone with customers and clients and spend the other time working on special projects for the CEO.

You are good on the phone, have a customer focused attitude and a knack for marketing. You are a smart self starter who loves the opportunity to work along side a CEO in a fast growing company. You are eager to show that you can make a difference.

You are right for this job if...

  • You have proven experience in customer service
  • You are comfortable working on the phone several hours per day
  • You know how to work Excel to crunch and analyze data
  • You can assist the CEO on special projects including product marketing campaigns, expansion to international markets and various creative opportunities
  • You feel comfortable taking up special projects like tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials, planning trade shows, maintaining social media, catalogs, competitor research

Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft Office is a must
  • Intermediate/Expert level in Excel is a must (using functions, pivot tables, vlookups, graphs, etc)
  • Experience with e-Commerce is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Team Player
  • Basic Project Management

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
