We have a Client in Newark that has an immediate need for a Production Administrator.  If you are looking for a long term opportunity at a great company, this might be the opportunity for you. This is a Temp-to-hire position. Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Job duties include, but not limited to, the following

  • Maintain and update the daily production schedule
  • Attend and keep records of the daily production meetings to follow up on pending issues
  • Maintaining material releases and ship dates
  • Distribute and keep record of time card shippers and finish good tickets
  • Create and reconcile finish good tickets, report discrepancies, and update variance report
  • Communicate with Technical Services for any new orders and enter into daily production and work schedule
  • Provide input to management to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions
  • Maintain mix/max inventory and raw material, equipment and small tool inventory
  • Maintain purchase order balances
  • Requisitions special material request
  • Schedule and coordinate daily pack jobs
  • Provide customer service non-conforming product information
  • Review cut sheets
  • Responsible for safety meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining forklift, vehicle, and stencil inspections
  • Responsible for time and attendance and distribution of payroll checks
  • Inter-company invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals (i.e. scheduling, timecards, materials requirements etc.)
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and material handling
  • Must have good time management skills and be able to meet customer deadlines.
  • Computer experience; advanced in Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent team player with cross functional skill set
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
