Up to $14.50 DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch


Job Description:

  • Answer complaint calls from customers and record in database. Notify Franchisee immediately. Prioritize complaints and delegate to operations representatives. Make follow-up calls on all complaints not delegated.
  • Document all conversations with Franchisees, both by phone and in person, in database.
  • Collect and process all paperwork relative to new accounts, transfers, upgrades, downgrades and canceling accounts. Includes computing finder's fee, generating promissory notes, call back sheets, inspections, communication logs, upgrade/downgrade letters, thank you and cancellation letters, etc. Make necessary changes in account book and in database, then forward files to Regional Director for approval. 
  • Call all new and transferred accounts after their first service, entering their responses in the database. Follow-up with a second phone call one week later and again two weeks later.
  • Alphabetize and file all customer and Franchisee paperwork generated y operations in the proper files.
  • Track and Maintain documentation on all offers of business made to franchisees insuring proper database documentation. Tally all initial business offered, accepted and due franchisees. Maintain listing of all franchisees with credit towards new business, finder's fees and other forms of credits and the amounts involved. 
  • Maintain Operations boards ensuring accuracy daily.
  • Generate month-end spreadsheet of all account sales, cancellations, transfers, upgrades and downgrades. Distribute to Director, Administrative Manager, Operations Manager and Accounting.
  • Calls to current accounts billing below $700 per month and enter in the database. An average of 20 completed calls per day is required
  • Organize schedule for inspections by Operations Managers.
  • Enter completed CSR's in database
  • Copy and prepare all materials for franchisee training classes. Keep track of all materials needed to make sure they are re-ordered as necessary
  • Make copies of Operations forms as needed
  • Make and mail copies of cancellation letters, and performance sheets to franchisees
  • Assist in distribution of checks and Franchise Statements on the 10th of each month
  • Assist with preparation, attend and participate as needed in any franchise training, seminars or workshops held during evening hours and/or Saturday mornings
  • Perform cleaning tasks per schedule
  • In addition to previously listed duties, the employee shall perform such other work or duties as assigned by management
  • Brief Operations Director on any activity during the day which is necessary for the Operations Director to lead the department(such as serious complaint calls, cancellations, franchisee calls, etc.).
