Job Description

West Palm Beach client looking for a Category Coordinator on a temp to hire basis. Ideal candidate will have Advanced MS Excel skills as well as good attention to detail. Hours are  8am - 5pm.   Ideal candidate will assist with procurement, logistics and supplier transactions. 
 
Some responsibilities:
  • Provide support to purchasing department
  • Billing account reconciliation
  • Process credit memos
  • Resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies
  • Order processing
  • Vendor follow up
  • Prepare reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of billing/invoicing  experience
  • Must possess advanced MS Excel skills and good with computers
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills a must
  • Ability to organize information and make presentations
  • Must have the ability to work independently
