Job Description

A corporate client of ours is looking for an administrative receptionist for their office in Largo. 

Duties:

  • Greet people at the front door and connect them with the appropriate people in the building
  • Manage calendars, supplies and reporting
  • Answer the phones and transfer as needed
  • Track and report monthly Facilities expenses 
  • Special projects as assigned by the management team

Skills:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Can handle a high volume of phone calls
  • Very punctual and consistent work history
