Call Center Representative

North Seattle

$17/hr | FULL TIME | M-F Dayshift


A growing call center in Seattle is looking for dependable Customer Service-focused individuals for their entry level Representative position. The ideal candidate will have great phone presence, a familiarity with computer systems and excellent data entry skills.

  • Answer incoming calls and make follow up outbound calls
  • Transaction capabilities via phone: process payments, correct errors, update account status, and open new accounts
  • Date entry and document processing
  • Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
  • Researches and resolves customer issues

Preferred & Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance for assigned shifts
  • At least one year phone customer service or Call Center experience required
  • Outstanding verbal communication phone etiquette
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
  • Data entry and phone etiquette skills assessment
