PrideStaff has an immediate position for E-Commerce Customer Service Manager for a growing company in North County.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage Marketplace messages and customer reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the staff and management teams.
  • Implement changes to the department to best achieve our mission and goals.
  • Create processes to ensure scalability and consistent quality for our customers.
  • Identify future and current training needs with all representatives.
  • Strategize opportunities for ongoing training development.
  • Work with IT to build Customer Service metrics reports and manage.
  • Lead, develop and coach members of our Customer Service Team.
  • Manage customer orders with fulfillment sources.
  • Model accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, energy, passion, leadership, integrity, honesty, and team building.
  • Integral part of customer sales on Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
  • 4+ years in Customer Success Training role for a high growth and high touch business. Experience with high volume teams using phone, email and chat experience are preferred.
  • Proven leader with a customer-focused mindset and ability to motivate teams to successful outcomes.
  • Solid management skills that emphasize collaboration and is able to make command decisions when required.
  • Proven ability to put in place process and tools to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Experience overseeing performance metrics, KPI’s, and customer service center technology.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done when necessary – this role is very “hands on”
  • Commitment to quality work, attention to detail and sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities.
