Customer Service Representative for electronics company located in Irvine CA.
This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity, hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Pay rate to $15/hr depending on experience. Dress Code is business casual.

Deal with customers (buyers) in regards to maintaining their orders by expediting, rescheduling, and processing orders.
Send out quotes to existing customers for existing products per customers' request as they prepare to order again.
Communicate with exiting customers to follow up for new orders.
Entering / Processing orders and sending out PO confirmations to customers.
Issuing RMA's and keeping track of returns.
Min 1-2 years business to business Customer Service (NOT retail) preferably in a manufacturing / distribution environment.
Good phone skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Accurate data entry
Intermediate Computer Skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Ability to learn new software - company will train on MAS90 / PO processing system
