DUTIES

  • Manage office personnel
  • Oversee all office functions
  • Oversee Accounting functions
  • Backup to answer phones.
  • Backup to Greet customers and maintain ITAR requirements

Job Requirements

  • Office Management experience - 2+ years
  • Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
