Are you looking for a great job with a growing organization? Our Client is a well-established company looking for a professional Financial Services Assistant to help their team. Upon conversion, a great benefits package, including Tuition Reimbursement is available.

This is a Temp to Hire opportunity in Wexford and the starting pay will be $15 - $16 per hour, with the hours being Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

 

Job Duties:

  • Processes vendor invoices/checks for multiple locations
  • Research bills and past due invoices
  • Assist in compiling annual 1099 information
  • Participate in coverage for reception desk/phones as required
  • Files various financial reports/information
  • Regular use of office equipment (i.e. telephone, copier, computer/printer, calculator, fax)

 

Job Requirements:

  • One or more years performing clerical functions and experience with computer software are required.
  • General knowledge of accounts payable systems essential
  • Experience with accounting software required
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Skilled at computer use and navigating systems
  • Effective and professional communicator
  • Sound judgement skills in fast-paced environment

Experience with Great Plains software, and basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus!
