Real Estate Consulting Company looking for a Project Assistant Administrator 




Partner with Project and Account Managers to successfully complete and manage reports; this includes

the following tasks:

o Work within Quire technical report writing database

- Producing client?ready reports using company?specific templates and following specific

directions from project leads

- Uploading project templates into Quire database

o Manage tasks as part of report?writing responsibilities:

- Order regulatory reports directly on state, local and municipal websites; involves

investigatory skills to locate reports, ordering and downloading into client draft report

- Compressing and electronic transfer of project files

o Support report writing process as critical team member:

- Ship out critical supplies and documents to field teams

- Send out field folders to initiate new projects

- Track projects and update in proprietary database


Must be computer proficient – 90% of this position is managed using a computer

o Experience using Quire technical writing database a plus

- Must be able to show evidence of masterful organizational skills and expert ability to multi?task

o Candidates with previous experience in document controls, in production centers supporting

consulting or professional field services staff will be shown preference

- Must show ability to work with a sense of urgency and with a ‘client first’ attitude; both internal and

external client

o Candidates with previous consulting industry experience preferred

- Must show interest in learning new tasks and new technologies and be able to give examples of

recent experiences doing such

- Must be comfortable and successful working with teams that are remote/virtual and of different

work & personality styles and time zones.

o Overtime will occasionally be required on short notice (such as working through lunch,

coming in early or leaving late)
