CS / Order Entry Opportunity

 

Our client provides facility equipment to various restaurant organizations, primarily industrial-sized ovens.  Starbucks is even one of their clients!  The Order Entry Agent will work primarily with their International clients.  This position entails inbound and outbound customer support calls with the Shipping, Sales, Collections, and Service Departments.

  • Take orders for parts from fax/email/phone and input them into system
  • Schedule shipping
  • Work with PO's
  • Handle calls from customers about order status, shipments, billing inquiries, etc. 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be polished and professional,
  • Good phone etiquette / communication skills are required. 
  • Strong product order processing exp. required and excellent CS skills. 
  • Must have good Excel skills, pivot tables are used and knowledge is required.

 

*Applicants will be required to complete a Data Entry assessment, 10,000 KPH are required!!

 

This is a contract opportunity with a pay rate between $15-16.50/hr.
