PrideStaff is now hiring a Customer Service/Dispatcher for a rapidly growing company in Vista, CA.
This position is Temp to Hire - Full Time - Health Care Benefits provided!
Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm
Monday thru Friday - 40 hours a week (no weekends)
We are looking for a Customer Service/Dispatcher who possess a sense of urgency and professionalism. This position is working in our Dispatch Department.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls
- Detailed oriented at taking phone messages
- Process daily orders
- Filing, copying and assist with dispatching
- One year of customer service experience
- Some prior dispatching experience
- Bilingual preferably
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing and data entry skills with accuracy
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel and with general computer function
