Job Description

PrideStaff is now hiring a Customer Service/Dispatcher for a rapidly growing company in Vista, CA.

This position is Temp to Hire - Full Time - Health Care Benefits provided!

Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm

Monday thru Friday - 40 hours a week (no weekends) 

We are looking for a Customer Service/Dispatcher who possess a sense of urgency and professionalism. This position is working in our Dispatch Department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls
  • Detailed oriented at taking phone messages
  • Process daily orders
  • Filing, copying and assist with dispatching

Requirements:

  • One year of customer service experience
  • Some prior dispatching experience
  • Bilingual preferably
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with accuracy
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel and with general computer function
