Experience: I spent 5 years as the Owner and Manager of PrideStaff Las Vegas, in addition to 32 years of management experience in hiring, training and managing cross functional teams. These teams consisted of sales, supply chain, marketing and web development at IBM, Micron and Fujifilm.

I was the Staff Instructor at IBM’s Management Development Center and responsible for developing and training the management team.

The big picture: Stay focused on the long-term versus taking the short term view.  At the same time, make decisions in a timely manner and most importantly, follow-through versus follow-up.
