Tom & Michael Murphy, Owner/Strategic-Partner
Experience: PrideStaff Nashville opened for business in 2008. Before joining the PrideStaff team, Tom worked in the staffing industry for 6 years. His positions included Sales Representative, Consultant and Director of Operations. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Tom held various sales roles with Verizon Wireless, Cintas and Quikrete. The combination of working with large Fortune 500 and locally owned businesses laid a strong foundation of training, managing and operating in various business environments.
Tom has lived in Nashville for over 25 years, (excluding the time spent at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY to earn his Business Degree) and hopes to continue to live in KY much longer.
Prior to joining the PrideStaff team, Michael worked for 8 years in the healthcare industry in various roles. He has called Nashville home for over 30 years. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends and rooting on the Titans, Vols, and Predators!
