Manisha Subramanian, Owner/Strategic-Partner
I have over 15 years of staffing experience, meeting clients' workforce needs across a wide range of industries, skill sets and experience levels. Having worked on both the account management and the recruiting side of the business, I know what it takes to create solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Certified by the State of New Jersey as a Minority/Women/Small Business Enterprise and having earned my TSC (Technical Services Certified) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications, I combine my expertise with PrideStaff's resources, processes and reputation to serve clients and job seekers throughout central New Jersey.
The Big Picture:
How many people get to go to work each day and directly impact people's lives? Whether I'm assisting clients in finding high performers, or helping job seekers to find great career opportunities, I'm thankful to be able to make businesses and careers more successful. It's what gets me out of bed every morning!
The Scoop on Staffing:
Great staffing is part science, part art. At a fundamental level, all staffing firms must follow certain procedures – recruiting, interviewing, testing – to meet clients' needs. But the "science" of staffing only takes you so far. What sets PrideStaff apart is in the "brushstrokes" – the invaluable expertise and care we bring to matching not just skills and experience, but intangibles, too.
In our current economy, exceptional workers are becoming harder to find and keep. PrideStaff leverages its artistry to create accurate matches, while delivering solutions to clients' biggest workforce problems.
Secrets to Success:
For me, success starts with recognizing who your customers truly are. In our industry, both clients and candidates are customers. To thrive, we must serve businesses, job seekers and our employees on assignment equally well. Each plays a vital role in the staffing equation, and each deserves respect, attention and exceptional service.
Taking long walks is a great stress-reliever for me, as is watching my boys play soccer.
I also like to unwind by traveling internationally. I'm not one to lounge with my toes in the sand, though. I enjoy active vacations that engage my mind and my body (bungee jumping in New Zealand, anyone?).
