Experience:

Jeff: I earned my Executive MBA from Georgetown University and most recently wrapped up a 21+ year career working for AOL, Inc. as the VP of Finance and Sales Operations. During my time at AOL I helped the executives navigate many complex business challenges, integrated numerous acquisitions into our processes, and helped the sales organization become more efficient and profitable. Everything I have done was focused on delivering superior levels of service to my partners. I bring a wealth of executive-level decision-making and leadership skills to my role as a Strategic-Partner.

 

Jim: I hold a master's degree in education from Frostburg State University. My diverse professional career includes coaching college football, serving as a project manager and business analyst for AOL Advertising, and working as an IT program director for The Nature Conservancy, directing global technology initiatives for the world’s largest conservation organization. I consider myself a jack of all trades, skilled in developing teams, navigating complex business relationships and innovative problem solving; I apply the breadth of professional experience I've acquired to help employers develop and implement effective staffing solutions.

Jim: Forging trusting relationships built on mutual respect, open communication and understanding others' perspective has fueled my success. I also live by the golden rule of treating others the way I want to be treated.

 

Stress Relief:

Jeff: I have an incredible wife and three young boys at home who make my life busy and fulfilling. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching youth sports, golfing, assisting with community events, spending time outdoors and an occasional glass of fine wine.

 

Jim: When I'm not working I love spending time with my wonderful family, playing in the yard with my kids, coaching youth sports, and hanging out with good friends.
