Relevant Experience: Michelle began her career in the staffing industry in 1992 as a Staffing Manager. In 1993, she started with PrideStaff as a Staffing Manager and was promoted from that position to Account Manager then Branch Manager and eventually Regional Manager. In July 1999, Michelle and her husband Randall became Franchise Owners of PrideStaff's Irvine office.
Personal Mission: To build a select client base and lasting partnerships to the benefit of our clients and the Irvine office; to make our employees, clients and vendors know that they are important to our mutual success; to design our services based on our clients' needs – creating client specific programs rather than prefabricated solutions.
What I like best about being in the staffing industry: I enjoy helping people. Whether it is an employee or client, I get tremendous satisfaction out of making the match that is right for everyone involved. I also enjoy the relationships I have built with many of our clients and the trust that we have earned.
Secret of my success: When I am high, I remember the lows and when I am low, I remember the highs. It keeps me grounded and focused.
Favorite stress reliever: Scrapbooking – it helps me remember how blessed I am.
