Relevant Experience: Over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry placing candidates in positions on a temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire basis. A former Regional Vice President of an international staffing company for over 15 years, oversaw 12 offices that specialized in clerical, administrative, professional and technical staffing. Experienced in acquisitions and mergers, utilizing interpersonal skills to ease transitional anxiety and retain key managers. Ability to work with clients in every industry to make great hiring decisions. Bring consistent results to client companies and PrideStaff associates by having successful relationships based on honesty and integrity.

Achievements: PrideStaff San Diego opened in 1998 and our Carlsbad location opened in 2004. Adept at putting great teams together to achieve profitability and exceed clients' expectations. Achieved the prestigious President's Circle award three out of four years. I firmly believe in community involvement. My staff and I participate in the American Cancer Walk every year in San Diego. We also sponsor a family in need and a senior citizen during the holidays. Currently serve on several committees for the San Diego Society of Human Resource Management and on the Swinging for Seniors Committee Silent Auction Team for the Senior Community Centers.

Personal Mission: To serve the San Diego community by providing job homes to candidates in the area; to exceed all customer expectations by providing the most qualified candidate that fits into the culture of the client; to maintain a presence as a locally woman-owned DBE (Disadvantage Business Enterprise) company; to personally know all of the PrideStaff associates and clients; to give back to the San Diego community by participating in local fundraising and charity events; and to retire with health and happiness to enjoy the last third of my life.

What I like best about being in the staffing industry: Every day is different. I enjoy watching the success of the candidates that we have placed at client companies grow and excel in their career path. I have also enjoyed assembling an awesome full-time staff that truly understands that the associates are our clients too. It is a pleasure meeting new people every day and assisting in the success and profitability of my clients.

Secret of my success: Intertwining my business goals with my personal goals, having a passion for the staffing industry for the last 30 years, and hiring the right team who shares the same goals.

Favorite stress reliever: Jogging with my dog Daisy, reading, sitting on the beach, having a day at the spa, music, and movies.
