Numerous years experience in regional and area management working with startup companies and establishing multi-branch locations. Since 1996, I have owned my own business, growing it to a profitable level and maintaining customers on a long-term basis, by not only meeting but exceeding their expectations.

Personal Mission: To work with our field employees to provide them with the very best services; to find them the types of positions that they enjoy and can grow in; to be the employer of choice; to provide our clients with qualified and experienced employees; to understand our clients' needs and expectations; to provide the very best service to both my clients – the people we put to work and the clients who give us their business.

What I like best about being in the staffing industry: The opportunity to help people. 1st – helping people who are looking for work; 2nd – helping the client fill their open positions. It is very fulfilling to make that match up.

Secret of my success: Hard work, the ability to hire and develop a team who shares the same values and creativity to make our business successful.

Favorite stress reliever: My family, especially my grandchildren. They bring me back to reality.
