Relevant Experience: Since joining PrideStaff in 1990, I've enjoyed saving my clients and employees time, money and frustration! We're in the staffing business however, so we also provide people with peace of mind!

As Strategic-Partner of PrideStaff's Stockton office, I have celebrated 4 President's Circle Awards & several Quality Continuum Awards. I enjoy training new franchise owners and their staff. I am a Certified Staffing Professional (American Staffing Association), Public Relations Chairperson (Past-Chairperson 2007-2008, CEAC Outstanding Chairperson of the Year 2009) for the Greater Stockton Employers Advisory Council, served on the Board of Directors for the Stockton Chamber of Commerce (2006-09) and I am a 2005 Leadership Program Graduate of Resource Realizations. I am an active member of the Executive Club of Stockton and the San Joaquin Human Resource Assn & serve on the Stockton Chamber ITBQ Committee. I am involved in the college community and I'm glad to contribute to a variety of charities.

I began my career in leadership and training over 25 years ago and have worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of companies to solve their challenges and reach their objectives.

I create and deliver keynote speaker presentations and workshops for the business community in a variety of fun formats that begin with clarifying purpose and values, defining accountability and intention and forecasting vision and abundance. I give my audience tools and inspiration to make shifts in their business and personal life. This is one of the things I enjoy most and it ties into one of my objectives - partnering with people and companies to reach their goals and get the most out of life...at work and at home.

Prior to PrideStaff, I enjoyed a 12 year banking career including 8 years as a VP at American Savings in a large investment operations department. I still pull from that experience to propose creative solutions to current business challenges. It was a unique environment involving high volume wire transfers, $100K minimum deposit CD's, varied interest calculations, audits, regulatory compliance issues and managing a diverse staff with a variety of specialized functions.

Personal Mission: My personal purpose is to inspire myself and others to create a life we're excited about. This includes the desire to be the service of choice for clients, employees and associates. To be a valuable resource for the community. To inspire others to achieve success and assist them with their goals.

What I like best about being in the staffing industry: Being creative and having fun while I work! I like a good challenge and variety. This business offers that on a daily basis! With challenges comes learning and success. I enjoy celebrating both.

Secret of my success: Consistency, integrity and working with winners! We consultatively partner with our clients rather than being treated like vendors.

Favorite stress reliever: The beach or some good music

Directions:
We are located in the beautiful Brookside Business Park, just West of I-5 in the Morgan Stanley building.

From I-5, take the March Lane (West) Exit. Drive West on March Lane, turn right on Brookside Road (at the street light intersection), turn left into the 1st parking lot next to Old Republic Title. Turn left towards the Restaurant (formerly Mallard's/Maxim's) and drive to the far right end of the Morgan Stanley building. We are at the right end of this building and have our own entrance. There are PrideStaff signs on the building and our name is on the door. We look forward to meeting you!
