Relevant Experience: I bring 20 years as a global R&D manager at Procter & Gamble where I was successful at selling my visions/ideas/technologies/processes/programs (both internally & externally) to deliver breakthrough consumer products that met previously unmet consumer needs while growing/developing people in the organization to perform at the highest level. As a PrideStaff Owner/Strategic-Partner, I’ll be able to leverage my strengths in Leadership/Collaboration/Problem Solving, in combination with being an “active listener” who can SELL, in order to develop a successful “client-centric” business that will be a WIN-WIN for everyone associated with it. For ME, PrideStaff is THE PLACE TO BE!

What I like best about being in the staffing industry: As a manager for my entire professional career, I’ve been a CLIENT of the staffing industry who has seen the tremendous advantages of using a flexible workforce to help deliver successful consumer products initiatives to the marketplace. Now, I’m very excited about having this new opportunity to help clients (employees/employers) as a PROVIDER in the industry, by fully understanding what the client values the most and providing SUPERIOR CLIENT EXPERIENCES that’ll hopefully EXCEED their expectations on a daily basis. The staffing industry is the wave of the future and I’m thrilled about riding the wave for many, many years to come!

Secret of my success: Confidence, ingenuity, relentless drive/determination, communicating effectively, knowing/believing there is a solution to every problem, believing in the value/power of continual education, leveraging the expertise of others, knowing who/when to ask for help and surrounding myself with a diverse mix of individuals that want to partner with me to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Favorite stress reliever: Lying on a warm/sunny beach anywhere in the world with a light ocean breeze, reading a book and listening to my i-Pod on shuffle playing my favorite music while still being able to hear the grandeur of the waves cascading in the background. On the flip side, being in the mountains on a sunny day after a 1-2 foot snowfall, carving “fresh-track” runs in some back bowl anywhere in the world where the peace/tranquility around me enhances the experience of listening to my i-Pod on shuffle playing my favorite music. Since I haven’t figured out how to do either of these on a full time basis yet, I try to play competitive soccer/tennis multiple times per week to stay healthy, energized and refreshed!
