Paul S. Basi, Owner/Strategic-Partner
I have owned a small farming business and worked full-time as a teacher and athletic director for most of my life. Additionally, I have also had the privilege of serving as a city and county planning commissioner, shaping policy for well-planned community growth.
My work experience has allowed me to develop and maintain hundreds of personal and professional relationships. These lifelong relationships have helped me acquire the skills to become an effective, cognizant listener as well as a compassionate guidance counselor.
Throughout the years, I have trained, mentored, supervised and guided thousands to pursue their dreams. I have also collaborated with numerous agencies and businesses for my own small business, as well as in the public and private sectors. Ultimately, my diverse experiences have equipped me to bridge client and candidate relationships.
The Big Picture:
The PrideStaff mission, "Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most," resonates within my mind every day! I hold myself accountable to this mission statement and to delivering what my clients expect.
To that end, I want to know everything about each business and job seeker my team works with, so we can build lifelong relationships. I want our candidates and clients to grow, learn, aspire and prosper. Our goal is to make a major positive impact within the Sacramento business community by becoming a local leader in the employment world.
The Scoop on Staffing:
Staffing trends have changed significantly in the past several years. Many businesses find it cumbersome to employ, train and motivate their workforce and are looking for experts to assist. PrideStaff has an obligation to help each employer identify the best solution, and then tailor it to the needs and culture of their business.
Secrets to Success:
The key to success is to consistently deliver what we promise. I expect my office to bring their "A Game" every day!
PrideStaff's proven processes and guarantees ensure we "get it right the first time" and create a winning scenario for all parties involved.
My stress reliever is walking my dog through my orchard in the early morning hours. Traveling and learning about different cultures both relaxes and intrigues me. I also focus on exercise, family, faith and friends to stay healthy and balanced.
I rarely miss a social event and find meeting and talking with new people fascinating – because everyone has a unique story!
