Stennett Rey II brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, and workforce development to his role as Owner and Strategic-Partner of PrideStaff San Diego. Throughout his military career, he served in a variety of roles including aviation maintenance, production control, recruiting, and organizational development—building a strong foundation in problem-solving, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
Today, Stennett applies this expertise to staffing, helping businesses across San Diego County build reliable, high-performing teams. Under his leadership, the San Diego office supports a wide range of industries, including office administration, finance and accounting, human resources, customer service, inside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse and logistics roles.
Stennett takes a consultative approach to staffing, working closely with employers to understand their workforce needs and connect them with candidates who can make an immediate impact. As a veteran and small business owner with strong ties to the local military community, he brings a unique perspective on transferable skills and is passionate about helping both candidates and clients succeed.
