Background
Both Matt and Amanda served in recruiting-related positions within the George W. Bush Presidential Administration. Amanda served in the office of Presidential Personnel as a Special Assistant to the President of the United States. Matt served at the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Deputy Chief of Staff and White House Liaison. They are experienced in hiring staff at entry level positions to C-suite executives. Matt and Amanda both have significant experience in understanding the operational challenges that senior business leaders face when trying to staff their businesses. They have lived in Pinellas County since 2006 with their son and daughter and enjoy being active in their church and community.
