Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to build teams and serve in a variety of sales, marketing and operational capacities. Most recently, I led the day-to-day operations of the non-profit 2012 Tampa Bay Host Committee as the Chief Operating Officer. This role allowed me to get to know the community and better understand the local business environment.
My interest in PrideStaff evolved from my role in the George W. Bush Administration. As the Deputy Chief of Staff and White House Liaison at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), I was able to meet with many small business owners and was envious of their courage and passion to follow the American dream. After the Host Committee, I decided I wanted to stay involved with our community and help it continue to grow. As the person responsible for recruiting and hiring political appointees at the SBA, I felt that a role in staffing was a natural fit to my background, interests, and goals, and PrideStaff provided the best platform to utilize to provide a valuable service to our community.
After serving in the Administration of President George W. Bush in various recruiting capacities, I was able to come back home to the Clearwater area to be near my family. While in the Bush Administration, I served as a Special Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel. In this role, the President relied on me to recruit some of our country's top CEOs and industry leaders to serve on various boards and commissions. Prior to that, I led the office within Presidential Personnel that was charged with the recruitment and placement of entry
- to senior -level political appointees within the Administration. With PrideStaff, I am able to take the techniques I learned, and the experience I have in recruiting staff at all levels, to help put the right people in the right positions.
The Big Picture:
PrideStaff's mission is to "Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most." For some, a mission statement like this is merely plastered on the wall and forgotten. For us, however, it's a filter that influences every decision we make and action we take. We back up our service promise with quarterly surveys, to make sure we consistently deliver on our mission and improve our client service.
PrideStaff is a big company with a small company feel. We love living in the area, working with small businesses, and providing them the best of both worlds – the power and resources of a national organization, combined with the personal touch of a local owner.

Our best stress release is found in spending time with our two children, family and friends. We also enjoy reading, traveling and being involved with our church.
