VICE PRESIDENT, RISK MANAGEMENT
With ten years as a California workers’ compensation claims specialist, she joined PrideStaff in 1997 as Vice President, Risk Management. She developed and implemented processes for best practices that provided established standard procedures for the entire franchise and company – owned operations. She developed internal cost allocation and alternative risk financing programs. She still maintains her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification.

VICE PRESIDENT, INSURANCE RELIEF
Tammi developed a niche staffing business, Insurance Relief, at PrideStaff. From a single office, IR provides specialty skills to the insurance industry in the Western US.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Responsible for the daily operation of a growing national staffing company; both company – owned offices and a fast expanding system of franchise offices. PrideStaff system has 35 offices and operates in 15 states.

Since becoming PrideStaff’s COO in the fall 2007 she has created world–class processes, training and brand recognition. With her design efforts PrideStaff has received industry awards for national class in marketing from American Staffing Association (ASA). She has secured partnerships with critical vendors for PrideStaff, like the partnership with CareerBuilder.

Continue to help grow, cultivate, and innovate new ideas and processes that will help our Strategic-Partners achieve all of their life and personal goals, while continuing to exceed our client and employees’ expectations. An aggressive sales focus and commitment to sound operational practices do not have to be mutually exclusive of each other…the ultimate goal is to help all of our offices excel at both.

Always look at the big picture, but enjoy the small successes. Be patient AS RESULTS come over time!
