I have learned that the best way to be successful is to listen to my clients. I learn more about not only the hard skills necessary to do the job but what the company culture looks like in order to find the right “fit” for each client. As a business owner, I understand how important it is to stay on budget and be profitable; it is my goal to assist my clients in doing the same with their business. My experience in working with several different industries and assisting them in developing processes to find the right candidates, allows me the ability to share those experiences with other clients. I know that each day, through various client and candidate interactions, I will continue to learn and grow as a person and a professional.
