Background
Daren Kneeland, born and raised in Visalia, has built and successfully sold multiple organizations in the medical device space and previously served as CEO of a nationwide organization, where approximately 50% of company revenue was generated through clinical engineering staffing services. This experience provides a strong foundation for understanding complex workforce needs and delivering scalable staffing solutions.

Daren has been married to his wife, a Hanford local, Terri Kneeland, for 42 years. Together, they have four sons and are proud grandparents of a growing family. They also share their home with a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a standard poodle, and a cat named Trooper—who proudly runs the household.

Outside of work, Daren and Terri enjoy traveling and taking cruises with friends, making time to relax and create new memories together.
