Prior to working for PrideStaff, I earned my BS in Construction Management and in December of 2014 completed my Executive MBA from Fresno State. At the beginning of my career, I held several key positions which allowed me to gain experience in Human Resources, Construction Project Management, Risk Management, Accounting and Executive Administration.
I joined the PrideStaff team in 2010 as a Recruiting Assistant. Over the past five years, I've held positions of increasing responsibility within the organization – working my way up to a Staffing Consultant, and then as an Executive Recruiter/Business Developer for PrideStaff Financial, our Accounting and Finance Division.
My collective work experiences have helped me learn about different functional areas first-hand, while developing expertise in staffing for a wide range of positions and industries. Examples include light industrial and clerical positions within Food Processors, Manufacturing Facilities, and Agriculture Industry, as well as accounting and finance positions – from entry level accounting clerks to CFOs – within organizations of all sizes and across industries.
I've always enjoyed making connections and being part of sharing new opportunities. By opening a PrideStaff office in Visalia, I can combine my expertise and passion for staffing along with PrideStaff's national resources to benefit Tulare and Kings Counties employers and job seekers.

In partnering with them we learn about their goals, as well as the challenges they have in finding employment or staffing their business. My approach to success is multi-faceted. I try to stay focused, honor my commitments, work hard, find balance and stay open-minded to new possibilities.
Whether we're singing karaoke or just watching movies, spending time with my family is my favorite way to unwind.
