PrideStaff Co-CEO, Tammi Heaton Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 North America List

Published for the twelfth time, the list honors the bold leaders of the staffing industry who skillfully navigated the uncertainties of 2022 and are charting a course into the future of workforce solutions.
As Co-CEO, Heaton’s strong leadership, dedication to innovation, and ability to consistently generate results has been instrumental in the success of the business. Since joining PrideStaff in 1997, Heaton has played an integral part in growing the brand, leading PrideStaff to an average annual growth of 20% for the last two years. Her strong leadership has resulted in PrideStaff’s inclusion on SIA’s list of Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S for ten consecutive years, SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing for eight consecutive years, and now the Staffing 100 North America List for the second year.
A 25-year staffing industry veteran, Heaton became Co-CEO of PrideStaff in 2020 after serving as COO and Executive VP since 2008. Heaton has made her mark on the industry by continuously focusing on innovation and opportunity, and generating impressive results for the organization while building an industry-leading experience that has helped PrideStaff earn ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® 10-Year Diamond Awards for five consecutive years.
