PrideStaff Knoxville Named Winner of PrideStaff’s Illustrious “Mile High” Award

In recognition of outstanding achievements in revenue growth, leadership, and serving others, PrideStaff, a nationally franchised staffing organization, was pleased to name its Knoxville office as the winner of the Mile High Award at the 2024 PrideStaff Annual Conference.

The prestigious honor, so named because it originated in Denver, Colorado, the “Mile High City,” is not an annual award. PrideStaff only presents this recognition in years when an office or team distinguishes itself with truly remarkable achievements. In addition to this “Mile High” honor, Paul Shands, Owner/Strategic-Partner, was named a winner of the PrideStaff Ambassador Award, recognizing Strategic-Partners who have consistently gone above and beyond to help franchise candidates understand the PrideStaff model.

PrideStaff presented both awards at its recent annual conference at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, TX. Featuring luminary keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, the “Take the Reins” conference connected PrideStaff teams from across the country to gain knowledge from industry experts and each other, acquire new perspectives and best practices, and improve their proficiency at owning and operating a full-service staffing firm.
