PrideStaff Names Christina Pugh Chief Sales Officer

In this new position, Pugh will play a pivotal role in driving PrideStaff’s growth and profitability by developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring sustained growth through both franchise and corporate sales channels.
Before joining PrideStaff, Pugh served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at EmployBridge, supporting more than 400 offices for the largest light industrial staffing company in the U.S. Drawing on 25 years of staffing industry experience, expertise leading high-performing sales teams, and passion for data-driven strategies, Pugh is equipped to optimize PrideStaff’s sales performance and operational efficiency across its brands.
