Lesa holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has served in various roles in the HR field. AJ holds a degree in engineering and has served in various leadership roles in logistics, engineering and medical device manufacturing.

With over 20 years of combined business leadership experience, we have quite the portfolio. Prior to joining PrideStaff, AJ and Lesa held executive and C-level roles within three different companies, including a non-profit. We are actively involved in the Boys and Girls Clubs of Houston, as well as the YWCA Foster Care Aging Out Program.
