Visalia Staffing Firm Named as PrideStaff’s Office of the Year for a Second Time

Rogers Award, for becoming the top-performing office in the entire system of more than 80 locations nationwide. For 21 years, this annual honor has been bestowed upon the PrideStaff office that has achieved the most outstanding results in revenue and gross margin growth, quality achievements and community involvement.

PrideStaff Visalia was named Office of the Year for increasing their gross margin by more than 26% in 2020, but success is nothing new to Owner/Strategic-Partner Blanca Covarrubias and her team. From the day it opened, the Visalia office created tremendous momentum which drove exceptional performance and yielded multiple awards. PrideStaff Visalia was recognized as PrideStaff’s New Office of the Year at PAC in 2017 and was also honored with the distinguished 5 Star Award for creating outstanding revenue growth during its first six months of operation. The office continued its upward trajectory, earning its first Office of the Year Award in 2018. To cap things off, this is the fifth consecutive year Covarrubias’s office has won PrideStaff’s President’s Circle Award for outstanding revenue production.
