Background
I have more than 33 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry in roles ranging from sales and customer service to finance and manufacturing. I’ve spent decades learning what it takes to bring a package to market and how many different jobs are involved in the process. As I moved through various roles, I also gained a lot of interviewing, coaching, assessment, and management experience that gives me insight into both sides of the employment equation.

Building high-performing, sustainable teams is my passion—in this office and in partnership with our clients. My team and I love working with clients to understand their business needs and helping them discover ways that temporary staffing can streamline their processes. For candidates, we provide coaching and career guidance to help them find great opportunities—and career success.
