As we celebrate 25 years of serving our community, we're turning our gratitude into action. We're committing $25,000 to support a local nonprofit organization, and we want YOU to help us choose who receives it.
Know a nonprofit that's making waves in our community? A charity that's changing lives? An organization whose mission moves you? This is your chance to help them shine.
We'll distribute $5,000 yearly for five years to help the selected organization grow their impact.

Where Our Story Begins
Looking back to where our story begins, it's remarkable how a search for a temp position between college programs would plant the seeds for something extraordinary. Fresh from ASU, Amy Linn began her journey as a Staffing Consultant in Phoenix, where PrideStaff didn't just become her career – it captured her heart and sparked a passion that would shape her future. That spark led her to take a leap of faith in 2000, opening Dallas's first PrideStaff franchise. The magic truly multiplied when Julie Vicic joined Amy, and together they built something beyond imagination. A dynamic team deeply rooted in serving the Dallas community. Looking back now, that first step into a PrideStaff training room was more than just a beginning; it was destiny writing its first chapter.
First Steps
A mother's camera captured more than just a moment that spring morning - it preserved the beginning of an extraordinary journey. Young Julie stood there, ready for her first interview with Amy at the newly opened PrideStaff office, unaware that this nerve-wracking step would blossom into an incredible career. What began as a summer internship would unfold into a story of growth, dedication, and purpose that continues to shape PrideStaff's legacy twenty-five years later.

A Legacy for Giving
A staffing partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure opened PrideStaff Dallas' eyes to the profound impact of community service. As the team laced up their running shoes for their first Race for the Cure, they were stepping into a new chapter of purpose. This simple beginning ignited PrideStaff's passion for giving back, leading to partnerships with countless Dallas organizations and forever shaping the company's commitment to community impact. What started as one race became the first stride in a journey of service that continues to define PrideStaff Dallas' legacy today.
2004
When Service Became Extraordinary
The magic of exceptional service revealed itself in the most remarkable way - through the voices of a grateful Dallas business community spreading the word about their PrideStaff experiences. Inspired by Mark Sandborn's transformative book, "The Fred Factor," the team embraced a philosophy that would shape decades to come. They crafted a program that celebrated those who went above and beyond, who turned ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. What began as "Be a Fred" would eventually evolve into something even more meaningful - "Everyday Heroes" in 2019. Some ideas become the foundation of a company's heart and soul. This was one of those ideas.

Amy and Julie understood that success isn't just measured in numbers, but in the strength of the bonds formed along the way. Each December, at a surprise location carefully chosen to delight, the team gathers to reflect on their shared journey. Whether celebrating a year of remarkable achievements or finding strength after navigating challenges, these gatherings embody the spirit of family that defines PrideStaff Dallas. The holiday festivities reveal the genuine bond between leaders and team members. A connection that continues to grow stronger with each passing year, making every Christmas celebration a cherished chapter in their ongoing story.

Being chosen as one of four offices to launch PrideStaff Financial added an exciting dimension to our journey. Returning to Fresno carried a different energy this time - we weren't the newcomers, but trailblazers ready to help shape the future of specialized staffing. Our Dallas family had grown from humble beginnings into a team whose experience could now light the way for others. The selection wasn't just about expansion; it was about our readiness to pioneer something extraordinary for PrideStaff Dallas' future.

Among our earliest Presidents Circle awards came a powerful validation of what matters most at PrideStaff: truly listening to our clients and solving the challenges that keep them up at night. From the incredible experience at Disney to countless other remarkable destinations. These yearly reunions fuel our spirits with fresh perspectives and innovative strategies, while strengthening the bonds within our larger PrideStaff family. When we return to Dallas, we bring back more than just best practices - we carry renewed purpose to serve our clients and candidates with excellence. Some traditions do more than teach, they inspire, unite, and propel us forward.

Something powerful happens when industry leaders gather to share their challenges and discoveries. PrideStaff Dallas’ Call Center Round Table created a space where local professionals could come together, openly discuss operational challenges, and collaboratively find solutions that would lift everyone higher. Through these conversations, we learned that the best answers often emerge when we simply bring the right people together.

Celebrating the Light After the Storm
After a year that tested everyone's resilience, 2021 brought us back to what matters most - the heart of who we are. Our launch of Proud to Refer became more than just a program; it became our way of weaving gratitude into action, connecting our success with the causes our clients hold dear. The year sparkled with precious milestones: watching our ray of sunshine, Jody, earn PrideStaff's first-ever DNA award (a recognition that couldn't have found a more deserving home), receiving another Best Places to Work recognition that felt especially meaningful, and celebrating Julie's incredible 20-year journey with us. In a time when every silver lining felt like a gift, these moments, both big and small, reminded us why we do what we do: making a difference, one relationship at a time.

In 2022, we witnessed the profound impact of simple acts of care: preparing comforting spaghetti dinners at Ronald McDonald House, where families facing medical challenges found a moment of peace together. Our hands joined many others packing meals that would journey across oceans to nourish children in over 70 countries. Between the laughter at Addison's field day (where our team's lip sync performance earned a proud third place!) and the meaningful steps taken at the Best Buddies Friendship Walk, we saw how inclusion and joy multiply when shared. Each moment reminded us that true community isn't built in grand gestures, but in showing up, day after day, where we're needed most.

As we celebrated GA Rogers' vibrant third year, we also embraced the bittersweet rhythm of change. Through it all, Amy and Julie's leadership and heart kept our spirits high and our mission clear, showing us that passion for what we do only grows stronger when we face changes together.
